Welcome to Cornish Holidays

Our Cornish Holiday accommodation is located in Hayle near St Ives in West Cornwall. Our cottages are perfect for relaxing short breaks and longer Cornish holidays in one of the most beautiful and magical parts of Cornwall. The holiday accommodation is set in the wooded grounds of an old Cornish manor house and five miles of golden sandy beaches are just one mile away.

All prices are fully inclusive of facilities. These include an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a popular children's club with organised activities, a restaurant, a take-away, bars and evening entertainment. The accommodation has modern conveniences such as a microwave and colour television.

Tolroy Manor Site

Our cottages are set in the wooded grounds of a Cornish Manor house allowing you to relax in peace. The site's wide range of facilities will appeal to all people and all ages, and there is plenty for the children to do. In addition, most of the facilities are free and available from March until October.

The Cottages At Cornish Holidays

Yeomans House (Sleeps 8)
Large 3 bedroom house. Two bathrooms. Feature bow window in dining area. Bathroom and twin bedroom downstairs. Upstairs one double bedroom and one with twin beds and bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c.

Kernow Cottages (Sleeps 6)
A compact 3 bedroom cottage furnished in modern open-plan style. The bedrooms consist of one double, one twin and one with bunk beds. Bathroom downstairs has w.c. and a bath with overhead shower.

Merchants House (Sleeps 8)
Large 3 bedroom house. Two bathrooms. Feature full-length balcony in dining area. Bathroom and twin bedroom downstairs. Upstairs one double bedroom and one with twin beds and bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c.

All accommodation is well maintained and furnished for your comfort and fully carpeted throughout. They are cleaned and beds made up ready for your arrival. Kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Colour TV is provided in all accommodation, and pillows, duvets and bed linen are included. All you need to bring are towels and tea-towels. The price includes electricity and FREE use of all site facilities (but please note a small charge may be made for the hire of some equipment) Should you require use of a COT we can provide this on request (in most cases without any additional charge).

Directions

We will send you detailed directions on how to get to the cottages from your destination upon booking. However, the quick instructions below should enable you to find the site fairly easily.

1. Come off the A30 at the Hayle junction.
2. Follow the B3301 into Hayle centre.
3. Take the B3302 to Helston.
4. Tolroy Holiday Village is signposted on the left hand side of the road just after you leave Hayle.
