This semi-detached property is divided into two self-contained units, situated in one of the prime positions overlooking the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor. It has a fine view stretching from Clodgy to the Island.
The accommodation on the first floor is comfortably fitted and equipped, with wall-to-wall carpeting, excluding the kitchen and sleeps up to six persons.
Lounge with sea view and colour television/video. Small bedroom with sea view, two 2ft 6in bunk beds. Bedroom with 5ft bed and washbasin. Bedroom with 4ft 6in divan (note: you have to go through this bedroom to reach the kitchen).
Shower room with wash hand basin and separate W.C.
Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, electric fridge, spin dryer and ample working surfaces and cupboards.
Back door leads to small garden, which can be used for drying.
Electricity: £1. meter.
Heating – two storage heaters (at additional cost) two portable heaters and electric fire in lounge.
Duvets, but visitor must bring their own linen including covers, bottom sheets and pillowcases.
Parking for one car. No pets. No smoking.
