Nestled in the stunning unspoilt landscape of the west Cornish coastline, Gonwin Manor luxury self-catering cottages features 6 architect-designed luxury holiday cottages exquisitely restored from traditional granite barns.
Gonwin Manor Cottages have been thoughtfully restored from an existing barn complex. Many original features have been retained to create a beautiful and unique atmosphere which compliments the luxury of having your holiday with us. Primrose Cottage is the only detached property on the site which has its own private driveway and large garden with spectacular views of the Cornish countryside. The other cottages form the courtyard complex with many of them enjoying a private terrace area. There is ample parking at the site and guests can make the most of the additional facilities on site including the Gonwin Manor Gym and Sauna.

The oldest Links Golf Course in Cornwall is a stone’s throw away from the luxury self catering holiday cottages and offers an exciting challenge for any keen golfer. However, if you do not fancy yourself as the next Tiger Woods there’s always scuba diving, horse riding, surfing, breathtaking coastal walks or just a relaxing afternoon taking in the fabulous Cornish countryside and sea views!

Our range of food hampers is available for you to order or tailor-made food hampers can be arranged prior to your arrival or during your stay, these include many locally produced organic products. For more information about this service please contact us.
In the privacy of your cottage, you can experience the ultimate indulgence hamper. A chocolate fountain oozing with finest milk or dark chocolate together with a platter of dipping fruit and patisseries will be awaiting you. Finished off with a bottle of perfectly chilled quality champagne – heavenly! This can be arranged prior to your arrival or during your stay.
Fully Equipped Gym and Sauna
We will have a fully equipped gym and sauna on site which will be fitted with all the latest modern fitness equipment. It also will have a luxury sauna and changing facilities – a perfect way to end your workout.
Cornish pasty suppers
No holiday to Cornwall would be complete without tasting the famous Cornish Pasty. We can arrange for traditional homemade Pasties to be prepared for you on site and waiting for you in the cottages. We do require 24 hour notice if you require this service so that they can be prepared freshly for you to enjoy. They are made and left in the fridge of your cottage for you to pop into the oven at your convenience.
