LAUNDRY - An automatic washing machine, tumble drier and freezer are available in an accessible adjacent store, with a rotary dryer outside and an iron in the stables kitchen.

ELECTRICITY - By card meter, by £1 and £5 cards bought from the owner. Water is heated by immersion heater, and under-floor heating is electric.

LINEN - All bed linen is provided EXCEPT towels and tea cloths, but these can be hired from the owners at £3.50 per person per week.

ARRIVAL - From 4pm on Fridays.

DEPARTURE - Around 10am on the following Friday.

ALL FACILITIES - DOCTORS, CHEMIST & LOCAL SHOPS - Are one mile away in Lostwithiel

REGRET - No smokers or pets accommodated.

PAYMENT - A deposit of 25% is required on booking and balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. Please add £50 as returnable security deposit to the balance. Cheques to R&W Jordan, Hartswell Farm, Lostwithiel, PL22 0RB.
