Hendra Holiday Park is perfect for family holidays, located between the vibrant town of Newquay with its glorious golden sands and famous surfing beaches, and miles of picturesque rural countryside. As an independent family owned and run park for two generations we know what makes a really excellent family holiday and we make sure that’s what our guests enjoy!

We offer the very best in family facilities and entertainment, including the huge Oasis Fun Pools complex with its indoor and outdoor pools, three water flumes, water cannon, fountains and toddler pools*.

Hendra's holiday accommodation is exceptional quality, sleeping up to 8, with fitted kitchens, microwave ovens, separate bedrooms, bathroom and colour TV. Children will love the daily activities of the Hippo Club, which begins with a brilliant train ride around the park followed by lots of fun and games. There are acres of space for family games, as well as indoor and outdoor play areas. Bring fun packed days to a happy end in the Club, with live entertainment, comedians, discos, bingo and more.

Hendra offers great food too, from delicious lunchtime snacks to hot tasty takeaways or family feasts in the evening.

Hendra is the ideal holiday location for exploring the coast, countryside and the many attractions of Cornwall. Cornwall’s warm climate makes it the home of fabulous sub-tropical gardens and a visit to the internationally renowned Eden Project is a must. Discover a wealth of almost every type of visitor attraction you can think of, from working farms, steam railways, fun parks, animal sanctuaries and more.

Experience surfing, body boarding, kite surfing or coasteering. Explore picturesque fishing villages, miles of spectacular coastline, mine engine houses, great manor houses, castles, the Tate Gallery at St. Ives or the famous open air Minack Theatre at Porthcurno, or take a day trip to the Isles of Scilly. Hendra has arranged discounts on many attractions especially for guests of the park.

Hendra accepts bookings from families and couples only, no single sex parties.

*There is a small charge for the indoor pool but the outdoor pool, heated from May to September, is free.
