Built by local marine artist Julius Olsson in 1901 as his home and studio, the Hotel St. Eia is situated on the seaward side, having uninterrupted panoramic views over St. Ives, the harbour and Porthminster beach.
For sun worshippers, why not make use of our roof garden, with unrivalled views over the Atlantic Ocean, the coastline of Hayle beach with its three miles of golden sands and Godrevy Lighthouse; made famous by Virginia Woolf in her book, "To The Lighthouse". The ideal spot to soak up the sun or just to while away the day!
