From 1850 Killanoon was a smallholding of a house and barn set within a two and a half acre section of the Cornish countryside.

The barn has now been converted into 2 apartments, each full of character but with every modern comfort. One of the best features of Killanoon is the privacy of its situation, yet it is only a short drive to St Ives with its colourful harbour and many restaurants and galleries, including the the world famous Tate Modern. In fact, many people searching for a self catering holiday in St Ives prefer to be based on the outskirts of the busy town, rather than be caught up in the hustle and bustle of what is one of the most popular and busy towns in Cornwall. Killanoon is also central to many other well known Cornish attractions, the open air Minack theatre, Flambards Theme Park, Lands End, St Michaels Mount - voted one of the top 5 bays in the world - to name but a few.

Killanoon has a large private grass area, with full size badminton court, outdoor table tennis, and bar-b-que. It also has a well equipped games room with Air Hockey, Pool, arcade games etc, designed specifically not to interfere with the peace and tranquillity that surrounds Killanoon. Killanoon  - Local Information

Killanoon is in the perfect location for a holiday. If you want to relax you can stay at home in the heart of the Cornish countryside, or head for one of the many nearby beaches, with Hayle's famous '3 Miles of Golden Sands' being just a 5 minute drive away.

There are numerous pubs & restaurants in the nearby town of Hayle, the nearest being The Smugglers Inn just half a mile up the road.

Killanoon is on a private lane, with a turning off the B3302 just outside Hayle. The owners are resident nearby and run their own business on an adjacent site. They are there if you need any help, but of course you have full run of the property and they will fully respect your privacy.

An ideal family holiday home.

Each apartment is suitable for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 with a bed settee in the lounge.

The upper apartment - Killeen, has a double bedroom with 5-foot bed, and a second bedroom with bunk beds for children and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

The lower apartment - Killarney, has a double bedroom, a further double room with twin single beds, and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Each also has a bathroom and a kitchen area.

Outside there is a large enclosed private garden for you to enjoy. This has a large lawn area ideal for sunbathing or for utilising the badminton court and outdoor table tennis, or just for a kick about with the kids. 

In the evenings you could enjoy a glass of wine and a barbecue in the peace and tranquillity that surrounds Killanoon, or visit one of the many attractions nearby.
