Kirribilli is perfectly located being just a few minutes walk from Newquay's town centre with its many facilities as well as the beautiful beaches of Towan Beach and Fistral, the world famous surfing beach. With its own private car park the Kirribilli makes an ideal base to explore the beautiful surrounding Cornish coast and countryside or if you prefer just stay closer to home and experience the many facilities on your doorstep.

Kirribilli's eight guestrooms sleep from 1-5 people and all have either a sea or country view with TV, tea/coffee making facilities and all are centrally heated. Having your own key allows 24 hour access so you are able to come and go as you please and enjoy to the full all the night-life Newquay has to offer.

To start the day a filling breakfast is on offer that consists of cereal, toast & preserve, fresh OJ and coffee as well as the full traditional cooked breakfast. Special diets are also catered for; just let us know your requirements. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, Kirribilli is a non-smoking establishment although you are welcome to use our patio area.
