We are a modern legal practice working with a dedicated team of legal and support staff, based in Helston, Cornwall. If you're passing, just call in - an appointment isn't always necessary and there's always good coffee in the pot!

But we are not glued to our office chairs and much of our work is done away from the office. Please tell us if a home or hospital visit would be helpful, for instance.

We are open during normal office hours which are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (not shutting for lunch), but we do not watch the clock, so please tell us if these times are difficult for you and we will do our best to arrange an interview at a time to suit you.

Of course, we cannot cover everything here, so if you do not see what you want please contact us anyway. In the unlikely event that we are not able to help in your particular case, we will tell you promptly and, if you wish, help you find a suitable specialist elsewhere.

We are still able to offer Legal Aid in some cases.

We take it as a compliment that many of our clients have chosen to stay with us long after leaving the area. Some clients continue to instruct us from the opposite side of the world.
