GROUND FLOOREntrance hall, single bedroom, twin bedroom, family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room leading to the private patio with garden furniture and barbeque.
FIRST FLOOR
Double bedroom with king-sized bed, shower room with toilet and basin, spacious lounge with beamed apex ceiling and french doors with views over the stream. All fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Please bring your own bedding for travel cot.
SERVICES
Fully controllable gas fired central heating, electric coal-effect fire, gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, telephone (incoming and local outgoing), television, video, stereo/cd players, radio/alarm clocks. There are a selection of cds, videos, books and games available for guests to enjoy.

There are Spar, Londis and Costcutter stores in St Agnes, plus a bakery/off licence and butcher. There are Sainsburys, Tesco and Marks and Spencers stores in Truro.
