FACILITIES
Westcliff has two double bedrooms both with sea view, a twin-bedded room and a family room all of which have private en-suite shower, hand-basin and toilet. There is also a small single room with sea view which, although not available for letting independently, is ideal for accommodating an extra person in a party.
All rooms are comfortably furnished and have colour television, and tea/coffee making facilities. A full Fire Certificate is held.
There is unlimited access to rooms, all guests are given their own room and house keys to use during their stay.
A choice of breakfasts are offered between 8.30am and 9.00am including a delicious Full English Breakfast for those whose appetites are favourably affected by the clean sea air, or something lighter such as scrambled or boiled eggs with toast for those with a more moderate appetite. Wherever possible we use free-range eggs and local produce.
We do not offer an evening meal but St Ives has an excellent variety of eating establishments to cater for every taste or pocket, none of which are more than a few minutes level walk away.
The lounge, which has magnificent sea and coastal views, is always available for the comfort of our guests, either to relax after a busy day sightseeing or on the beach or to watch favourite television programmes.
There are parking spaces for guests cars available at the front of the property.
In fact, all the ingredients for a happy, well deserved holiday are right here at Westcliff. Guests return year after year for the friendly relaxed atmosphere.
